Do you have a passion for technical problem-solving and a deep understanding of compressor systems?

We are looking for a talented Product/Application Support Engineer to join our growing Refrigeration Team in the Shrewsbury area HQ. This role is a great for a highly motivated individual to become a technical authority within our company and play a key role in supporting our customers.

What does this role cover?

About the Role:

* Assist with product commissioning, diagnostics and system optimisation.

* Undertake occasional site visits to support sales, marketing and customer needs.

* Provide technical support for our variable speed drives (VFDs) used in refrigeration, heat pumps, compressors and HVAC-R applications.

* Select the right VFDs for customers based on their compressor data sheets

* Develop and deliver training on compressor applications to colleagues and partners.

* Collaborate with the development and production teams to ensure our VFDs meet market requirements.

* Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and technical documentation.

* Support the branded label process for our products.

You will be a great fit if you have:

* A strong background in compressor systems (refrigeration, heat pumps etc.)

* A solid understanding of electricity (willingness to learn more is a plus!)

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A proactive and problem-solving approach

Salary around £45k to £55k (let's have a conversation if your expectations is more than this).
