Receptionist duties include:
Providing a first point of contact for visitors, meeting and greeting
Managing the reception area and meetings rooms, including ensuring areas are tidy
Meeting and greeting visitors, as well as providing refreshments
Managing switchboard and handling general enquiries
General office administration, typing, scanning and filing
Responsible for the mail, franking and opening post, as well as booking couriers
Managing stationery and office supplies, including handling deliveries
Organising door passes and liaising with main reception
Assisting Personal Assistants when needed Receptionist skills and experience required:
Ideally 3-4 years’ front of house experience in a corporate environment, including basic switchboard experience
Excellent IT skills, especially using Outlook, calendars and meeting management
Knowledge of audio visual and meeting technologies
Experience of engaging with business customers in a corporate organisation
Organising and managing VIP events We are looking for a Receptionist who has:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and welcoming
The ability to work well under pressure and to conflicting deadlines
