Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. The Role…no two days are ever the same!

Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools. Requirements:

Desire to make a difference
Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Resilient, reliable and versatile
Hold either a degree or previous experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring etc)
Possess an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be happy to apply for a new one (we can help with this)
