About the Role
As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of the recruitment process, gaining firsthand experience in:

* Sourcing candidates through innovative methods, including online platforms and networking

* Building relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs

* Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability for roles

* Administrative tasks to support recruitment activities and ensure smooth operations
