Project Contracts Manager

£60,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits

My client a Building Refurbishment Contractors are seeking someone to join the team. The role will be office based 1-2 days a week and onsite the rest.

Duties may include:

Taking a project from estimation process through to final completion
Must be able to juggle several projects at one time - Usually 10 - 15 projects on the go between 6 Contract Managers
Projects range from a few thousand pounds to 2 Million poundsSkills and experience:

A strong building background with enough knowledge to be able to lead people on site and advise clients
Ability to work to very tight time frames
Good Social skills for dealing with clients and colleagues under pressure
Very good Health & Safety Knowledge
Strong Estimating Experience
Trade background preferred
Commutable to Watford
Background within Leisure/Hospitality Industry about fast paced projects
