Our client is a leading provider in the horticultural industry, known for enhancing plant growth and protection. Committed to innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance, working closely with industry experts and regulatory bodies.
They are currently seeking a Technical Officer on a permanent basis, based in Leicestershire.
The Package:

The Job:
* Ensure technical and regulatory compliance for a wide range of horticultural products.
* Oversee the registration of plant protection and biocidal products and manage fertiliser compliance within the UK and EU.
* Liaise with consultants, laboratories, and efficacy testing organisations, and participate in industry taskforces.
The Candidate:
* Hold a degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent regulatory experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK and EU pesticide and biocide regulations, with excellent communication and liaison skills.
* Capable of managing multiple projects, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
