Support Worker – (NR2 3LB)
Location: NR2 3LB, Norwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

About Us:
Swanstaff Ltd are seeking support workers for our client based in Lowestoft, they are a national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live independently, develop new skills, and participate actively in their community. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing person-centred care and support

* Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

* Encouraging social engagement and community involvement

* Supporting individuals with their hobbies, interests, and personal development

* Ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For:

* A caring, patient, and positive attitude

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Minimum 3 months plus experience in healthcare industry

* A commitment to promoting independence and dignity for those we support

Pay: £11.44-£12.20 per hour
