Our client, a well-respected name, based near Sleaford, is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join them as Warehouse Operatives & Picking / Packing Staff.

We’re looking for people who are physically fit, quick on their feet, and happy to roll their sleeves up. No experience needed. You’ll get all the training you need from a friendly, experienced team who’ll guide you day to day.  

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. From April 2025, the shifts will change to Sunday to Thursday. The role is temporary lasting until summer starting at £11.44 per hour (paid weekly or monthly), with a nice bump to at least £12.21 per hour come April.
