£38k-45k salary | Full Time - Permanent | Great Opportunity with a Reputable Property Maintenance Contractor

A well established Property Maintenance Contractor, covering London and Home Counties for over 30 years are looking to recruit a Mechanical OR Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their maintenance team throughout the Cambridgeshire area.

Details of this Building Services Maintenance Engineer role:

* Monday - Friday

* Salary £40-45k

* Company Van & Fuel Card

* Overtime paid at time & half

* Calibrated tools, PPE, Tablet, Phone, Uniform

* Travel Pay

* 20 days Holiday + BH

* Company Pension

What we are looking for from a Building Services Maintenance Engineer:

* Previous Building Maintenance Experience, working on equipment including AHU's, Emergency Lighting, Plumbing and General Building Fabrics.

* Knowledge of commercial building maintenance, reactive repair and quoted works.

* Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications; A/C / F-Gas, HVAC/ Plumbing

* Full UK Driving License
