Are you a driven professional with a knack for Property Management and tenant liaisons?

We are seeking a Property Manager to join their thriving team. This permanent role offers a rewarding career path in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a Residential Property Management background. If you are however from a Social Housing background that would be advantageous. 1 year + experience is required.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

* Manage a portfolio of residential properties across East London.

* Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and best practices.

* Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and tenancy renewals.

* Conduct property inspections and manage repairs efficiently.

* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth tenancy experience.

Your Skill Set:

* Communication: Strong communication and customer service abilities.

* Property Experience: Essential experience in property management and inventories.

* Tech Savvy: Proficient in CFP or similar CRM systems, Excel, and general IT skills.

* Organisational Prowess: Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

* Driving & Presentation: Clean driver’s license and a professional, personable appearance.
