The Company:
With several UK offices and circa 500 staff, you will be joining a well-established consultancy with an excellent industry reputation that specialises in the development consultancy market. They are seeking to double in headcount in the near future; hence, this role is due to growth.
They are a leading development partner, acting as a one-stop shop for multidisciplinary consulting advice on development projects, from planning and through design engineering and construction support.
The office is modern and appealing with a lively atmosphere in a northern Bristol location.
The Role:
As part of the development planning team, you will offer consultancy advice that brings new developments to life across a range of sectors, varying in size and complexity.
The Projects:
You will be exposed to a wide variety of projects across the renewable energy, education, leisure, retail, hotels, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Responsibilities:
Producing Transport Assessments.
Writing Transport Statements.
Authoring Travel Plans.
Junction Modelling.
Project ownership and management.
Collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and engineers.
Data analysis and research.
Client liaison.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of the above, attained through experience at a UK consultancy.
Knowledge of related software, including Junctions (ARCADY/PICADY), LinSig, etc.
