Building Maintenance Engineer

This is a great opportunity for either a Mechanical or Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a state of the art, high end property in Chelsea, West London. This role is offering the successful candidate the chance to gain valuable career experience, additional training, skill development and necessary opportunities to progress internally.

For this role, you will be carrying out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems on site, liaise with subcontractors, fill out log books, respond to client needs and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to. This is a static site, following a fixed pattern of 8 - 5. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanically related engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent) , at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, great communication skills and the able to work well in a team and individually 

Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Quotations 
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Requirements:

Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or a Mechanically relevant engineering course (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
Polite and personable 
Apprentice trained - Desirable 
Salary and Benefits:

£42,000 - £47,000 per annum 
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
