We are currently looking for a Mechanical Bench Fitter for a permanent position in Knottingley.

Rate of pay is £14.90 per hour.

This is a twilight shift position, working 39 hours per week over 7 days. Shifts include-

Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm

Saturday and Sunday 12.00pm - 8.00pm

Reporting to our client's Mould Shop Manager, the purpose of the role is to assist and support this busy department which services their glass forming production area, through the repair, refurbishment, and supply of mould equipment, weighing in the range of 5kg to 45kg, to ensure all mould equipment and accompanying auxiliary parts are repaired and ready for production runs in accordance with production requirements.

This position would suit candidates who can demonstrate skills and knowledge of a mechanical engineering background

Previous knowledge of working in a 24-hour process environment would be an advantage, however not essential.
