Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager with a proven background in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, and apartment projects, alongside expertise in complex fit-outs and multi-trade management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, demonstrates exceptional leadership, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

* Coordinate and supervise multi-trade teams including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient work execution.

* Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

* Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other contractors, to ensure alignment on project progress and objectives.

* Monitor project costs and handle budget adjustments, ensuring financial targets are met.

* Drive project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, or large apartment buildings.

* Fit-out experience in a multi-trade construction environment is essential.

* Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and mitigate risks effectively.

* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
