We are looking for an experienced Builder to help deliver a range of varied refurbishment projects, including filling pot holes, repointing, general facilities work. The majority of the time you will be working "hands on" a company van and tools will be provided. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who has a good knowledge and experience in the building trade.

The role as a general builder ;

A good overall knowledge of building processes

1st fix carpentry skills

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to set out jobs

Be able to read and understand drawings

The benefits to you as a general builder

Monday - Friday 40 hour week

Basic salary of up to £40,000 pa depending on experience

22 days holiday + bank holidays

Nest pension

Van, Tools & fuel card.
