Maintenance Manager

Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, we are looking to introduce a Maintenance Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

You will plan, schedule, and drive all Maintenance activities such as Predictive/Preventive, Corrective Maintenance, Modification Projects & Facility maintenance involving various engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.

You will:

* Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures

* Manage and drive EHS culture by leading the maintenance team and emphasising on corporate EHS policy and culture

* Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives

* Drive plant reliability by constantly reviewing corrective maintenance data and effectiveness of predictive/preventive maintenance program

Requirements:

* Strong management experience

* Strong communication skills

* Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing

* Experience in a range of technical areas and with people management/ project leadership ability
