Job title: Senior Planning Role (Water Experience) – Temp – London/Reading

Location: London / Reading - Hybrid - only 1 day onsite

Start Date: ASAP

End date: 6 months [option to extend]

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Qualification required for this role: Degree Qualified /Project Controls /Reporting experience/PMO reporting experience/ P6 experience/ Water/Utilitiesins: 4 weeks

Job Description:

As a Senior Planner with experience in the water industry, You will

Be experience in P6 with the ability to fully build and manage schedules, their working interfaces and engagement with relevant stakeholders.

Maintenance and Management of Baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.

Provide meetings and workshops to challenge the progress and performance of projects.

Support Planning Lead to maintain portfolio of schedules and their interfaces.

Manage the contract requirements for the schedules.

Provide advanced hierarchical reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM).

Experience of Integration of function corelating Schedule, Cost and Risk.

Provide Critical Path evaluation and scenario planning options to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies

Experience of Large Projects

Experience of PMO, Programme / Portfolio Structures.

Cost / Resource Loading Experience.

Critical Path Analysis.

Contract Experience (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, Rail Frameworks).

Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.

Mentorship / Leadership Experience.

Strong in Schedule Checks and Assurance Measures.

Desirable:

Forensic Planning.

Water Industry

Certified P6
