Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, using the SCERTS model as a framework.
Implement personalised strategies to support social communication and emotional regulation, creating a safe space for students to express themselves.
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and family members, ensuring a consistent approach that supports each child's goals.
Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to align with students' evolving needs.
Encourage independence and resilience, empowering students to build vital life skills.What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher with experience in special educational needs, particularly using the SCERTS model or similar approaches.
A compassionate educator with a deep commitment to supporting students with autism and other complex needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
