About the Role:

EqualEngineers is expanding, and we're looking for experienced professionals to deliver our Engineering Skills Bootcamps. As a Skills Bootcamp Trainer, you'll help learners—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—gain the skills and confidence needed for careers in engineering.

What You'll Do:

* Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in person.

* Support learners with one-on-one guidance and skill assessments.

* Help participants see themselves in engineering roles and prepare for job interviews.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Fluid Power, CAD, Automation, or Project Management.

* Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in engineering.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
