Job Description

Providing full planning services from pre-application advice to land promotion and S106 negotiations.
responsible for advising on developments from concept to completion.
working on a variety of projects ranging from domestic matters to strategic residential developments.
collaborating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning outcomes.
Support the wider team and as a mentor to junior planners.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in Town Planning, either at Local Authority Level or Consultancy.
Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
