CAD/Revit Technician - Modular Build

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Position: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Mirfield

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilise CAD & Revit software to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures.

* Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.

* Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.

* Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and optimize construction processes.

* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.

* Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in CAD/Revit software, such as AutoCAD & Revit, with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

* Proficiency with Revit modelling software to support modular design.

* Previous experience in modular construction or a related field is highly desirable.

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

* Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards in the UK.

* A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
