Change Analyst / Change Manager – Hybrid – Bristol

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in Bristol)

Are you a skilled Change Analyst ready to drive a major digital transformation? Join our leading international professional services firm as we expand our Change and Configuration processes.

Your Role:

As a Change Analyst, you will:

* Oversee and validate Change and Configuration Management processes.

* Manage Change Requests and ensure timely delivery.

* Prepare accurate change data and reports.

* Chair CAB/E-CAB meetings and maintain the Configuration Management System.

* Support and conduct audits of IT assets and Configuration Items (CIs).

* Handle administrative duties for Configuration Management toolsets, including ServiceNow.

About You:

* ITIL V3 Foundation certified.

* Proven experience in Change and Configuration Management.

* Familiarity with CMDB and SAM (desirable).

* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ServiceNow (advantageous).

* Strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.
