Key Qualifications and Attributes:
* Extensive UK design consultancy experience, particularly in the residential sector
* Proficiency in managing Section Agreements (278, 38, 185, and 104)
* Highly skilled in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, and their equivalents
* Ability to help grow and lead a Civils team alongside the Regional Director, with a focus on mentoring and developing colleagues
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
* 5 + years’ experience in the industry and have an aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career
