The school hiring will provide full training so that you can facilitate ABA therapy and help these children along their academic journey.The role as a Trainee ABA Assistant:

Your main duty and role will be to support the students in the classroom.
The support you provide will be either in a small group setting or 1 to 1.
Your priority will be to ensure that these children have a warm and safe environment to come to everyday so that learning can take place.
You will be supported by the class teacher and also have the advantage of being exposed to a multi-disciplinary team.

Individuals who are aspiring graduates and those looking to start a career in either education or psychology are most welcome to apply.
Those with backgrounds in sports, art or drama are also encouraged to apply.The successful Trainee ABA Assistant:

Will be calm, passionate about making a difference and positive
Will have some experience working with children
Will understand the importance of safeguarding
