Main duties include:
Supporting a number of children with speech and language needs
Development and delivery of individualised intervention programmes specifically for speech and language
Providing advice, information and training to staff, other members of the multi-disciplinary support/ clinical wellbeing team
Performing Speech and Language Therapy assessments of children’s needs and formulate intervention plans
To be successful:
The school has requested that the successful candidate has experience as a Speech and Language Therapist within an educational setting/ school/ alternative provision, managing caseloads of learning disabilities and special educational needs. The candidate must be HCPC registered as well as have a Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) registration.
