Management Accountant – Lincoln – 12 Month FTC - Competitive Salary & Benefits

You will have the opportunity to support the rapid growth and expansion of the business, whilst assisting in the delivering the management accounts and supporting the Senior Management Accountant in providing quality MI, reporting and business development opportunities.

Management Accountant Responsibilities:
 
Performing general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules
Preparing records, analysing and reporting accounting transactions and ensuring the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
Providing financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variations from budget
Analyses and preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects
Supporting the Senior Management Accountant with strategic insights
Enhancing internal processes to maximise financial efficiency across the group
Keeping meticulous records and collaborating with internal/external auditors
 
Required Skills & Experience:
Actively studying ACCA/CIMA or strong QBE
Possess experience in the delivery of monthly financial information
Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to driving continuous improvement.
