1:1 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Prescot

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3-qualified Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in an Early Years setting at a welcoming primary school in Prescot. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's learning and development while progressing in your education career.

Your Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you will:

Provide tailored support to help a child engage and thrive in the classroom.
Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and structured activities.
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to monitor progress and implement strategies.
Encourage social and emotional development through positive interactions.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Experience in a UK primary school setting (UK experience is essential).
Strong understanding of early childhood development and SEN support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
