German speaking Sales Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Hybrid work with 2 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience

The company: A well-established health and beauty company whose products are available online or in shops globally

Main duties: Providing administrative support to the team while also being the main point of contact for distributors and retailers

The role:
- Provide sales support to the key account managers
- Monitoring all customers orders ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Be responsible for all purchase orders
- Assist with preparations for meetings and trade shows
- Create price lists for customers and record as needed
- Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis

The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate (especially in Microsoft Excel)
- Confident, proactive and the ability to work under pressure
- Full training provided
- Great opportunities to progress
