Tennial Personnel are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client’s expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for varied shift patterns.

This role involves unloading pallets and cartons from vehicles and tracking deliveries using both manual and computerised systems. Key responsibilities include checking delivered items against manifests, preparing goods for distribution to the correct production areas, and picking from customer-supplied stock. Maintaining a clean and organised goods-in area is also essential to ensure efficient operations.

As the company continues to grow, accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Skills Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Experience in manual handling and stock management

Basic computer skills for tracking deliveries

Qualifications Required
No formal qualifications required, but previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial

A valid forklift license is advantageous but not essential
