Tempeo are delighted to be working within Northampton Town Football Club, who require 2 x Kitchen Porters to support their Match Day hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation and culinary operations.

Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

* Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.

* Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients.

* Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

* Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability within the kitchen.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential.

* A keen interest in culinary arts and hospitality is desirable but not essential

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
