A rapidly-growing retail organisation based in Peterborough are looking for a Marketing Analyst with Google Analytics experience to join their team, to support their journey of becoming increasingly data-driven.
Joining their expanding Data & Insights team, this role will be fully office-based in keeping with their highly collaborative and close-knit culture. They often go out for office socials, and there's a great team spirit running throughout the organisation.
They have identified data and analytics as being absolutely critical to their growth strategy, and there is a huge amount of growth potential both in this role and the wider team.
In this role, you will essentially become the Google Analytics subject matter expert - you will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing channel reporting suite for the e-commerce side of the business. These reports will monitor sales performance and marketing activity across various marketing channels such as PPC, Email, Affiliates, Paid Social etc.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an Analytical role within an e-commerce environment, with a strong commercial acumen
Extensive experience in Google Analytics (GA4) - including experience across various channels such as PPC, Email, Affiliates, Paid Social etc., and an understanding of Google Tag Manager
A pro-active mindset and keen problem-solver
Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with stakeholders at all levels
Any experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau would be beneficial but not essential (you will learn this on the job)
Any experience with SQL querying would be beneficial but not essentialBenefits:
Salary between £35-40,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy additional days
