CNC Miller Programmer
Salary: £20.00 - £30.00 per hour, with plenty of overtime + progression available

With many decades of success, we are a well-established precision company based in Bracknell. We specialise in producing high-precision components for the aerospace, motorsport, and tooling industries.

The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Miller with experience in programming, setting, and operating our high-end machines. The role also requires offline programming, ideally using MasterCam, although happy to offer training for the right person. This is a great opportunity to work on interesting, high-precision one-off and low-volume components in an expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set, and operate 3,4,5-axis CNC milling machines using various controls.

* Offline programming using MasterCam, Fusion or Edgecam equivalent.

* Produce high-tolerance components for industries like aerospace and motorsport.

* Ensure precision in every aspect of one-off and small batch production.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience programming and setting CNC 4 or 5-axis milling machines.

* Offline programming skills, ideally with MasterCAM.

* A background in high-precision environments, ideally in aerospace, defence or motorsport.
