My client based in Hexham is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join an rapidly expanding company.

Package -

* Salary is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Monday - Friday
* 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities -

* Overing seeing the day-to-day operation the production department
* Working with other departments to ensure customers deadlines are meet, addressing any problems that arise
* Organising rotas of all employees within the production department
* Ensuring all employees are trained to an excellent standard
* Optimise production area to increase maximum daily output

Requirements -

* Experience in a production management role ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Experience with large high speed converting machines
* Outstanding problem solving ability
* Expectational leadership skills
* Previous experience with health & safety regulations
