Provide strategic HR support to business leaders
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle end to end employee relations issues promptly and professionally
Ensure all HR operations align with the company's business goals
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process
Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with legal and company HR policies
Report and advise on HR metrics to guide strategic business decisionsProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD Qualified)
Proficient understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Experience in a strategic HR role within the Facilities sector
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionJob Offer
