Are you a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for improving the student experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our client's Student Support Hub Project Team. You will play a vital role in implementing new processes and technology within School and Doctoral Academy Support Hubs, ultimately enhancing the "digital hub" that supports students' educational journey.

? Key Responsibilities ?

Teamwork:

✅ Collaborate flexibly within the Hub Project Team, aligning with the project's phase and priorities.

✅ Support the Project Team in delivering multiple workstreams related to Student Support Hubs.

✅ Liaise with our client's business partners when planning and implementing project elements.

Project Administration:

✅ Follow our client's Change Management framework, contributing to the preparation and implementation plan for your specific business area.

✅ Conduct impact assessments, ensure business readiness, facilitate transition to service, and provide post-implementation support.

✅ Assist in identifying change requirements and document change requests and processes.

✅ Maintain a comprehensive log of Project Team actions and decisions.

Project Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following areas:

? Data Gathering, Dissemination & Reporting:

Own and manage various data sources, including compilation, reporting, and analysis.

⚙️ Testing:

Support testing activities, identify relevant business representatives, and ensure their input is incorporated effectively.

? Training:

Provide training to your team and other business units, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

? Content Readiness and Student Journeys:

Draught content to support business processes, putting student experiences at the forefront.

? Communications and Engagement:

Map stakeholders, develop engaging content, and lead active engagement initiatives.

? Transition:

Ensure the timely alignment of technology, processes, and organisational structure with project milestones and deadlines.

Collect feedback to enable evaluation and improvement.

Essential:

✅ Demonstrable ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

✅ Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Agile and flexible mindset to accommodate project needs.

✅ Proficient computer literacy, with familiarity and willingness to learn new systems.

✅ Strong administrative skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Desirable:

✨ Experience using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

✨ Proficiency in building and using reports in Power BI or similar data visualisation platforms.

✨ Experience within a Higher Education setting.
