Position: Van Technician (Late Shifts)
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vans and light commercial vehicles.

* Conduct routine inspections and servicing of vehicles, identifying any potential issues or necessary repairs.

* Carry out repairs and replacements on mechanical and electrical components, brakes, suspension, and more.

* Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.

* Complete all job cards and relevant paperwork accurately, ensuring detailed records of all work carried out.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.

* Communicate with the service advisor team to provide updates on repairs and estimated completion times.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Van Technician, Vehicle Technician, or similar role in the motor industry.

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred).

* Strong knowledge of light commercial vehicles, particularly vans.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently, especially during late shifts.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

* Flexibility to work late shifts
