Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for your next career move? We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well-established law firm in Newport, Shropshire. Our client, a multi-office practice with a strong reputation, is currently seeking Conveyancers to join their friendly, local team.

About the Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will be working in a small, close-knit team within the Newport office, while benefiting from being part of a larger, nationwide network. You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, providing clients with expert advice and delivering high-quality service in all aspects of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Providing expert legal advice and support to clients
* Ensuring all legal documents are accurately prepared and executed
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, agents, and other third parties
* Managing a caseload efficiently and meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Conveyancer (CLC, CILEx, or Solicitor)
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Excellent organisational and time management skills

Salary:

The salary is competitive and open to negotiation depending on experience.
