OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide expert sustainability and energy services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join their SAP team as an OCDEA qualified Energy Assessor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of developmentThe ideal candidate will have:

An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor qualification with ideally relevant experience within an SAP assessor role.
Good understanding of UK building regulations and non-residential development
Experience writing sustainability and energy strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include:
