We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in NEC 3 contracts, MECICA, and civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the process industry, including water and waste sectors. This role requires a confident professional who can handle commercial challenges and is adept at managing claims.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC 3 standards.

* Handle MECICA and civil engineering aspects of projects.

* Work across various process industries, including water and waste.

* Manage and resolve claims efficiently.

* Confidently address and navigate commercial challenges.

* Collaborate with both client and contractor sides.

* Be present on-site 90% of the time to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager.

* Strong knowledge of NEC 3 contracts.

* Experience with MECICA and civil engineering.

* Background in process industries, particularly water and waste.

* Expertise in managing claims and commercial challenges.

* Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors.

* Willingness to be on-site 90% of the time.
