Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing care provider, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support a luxury nursing home in Aylesbury.

…a compassionate, experienced, and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager to take a leadership role in delivering outstanding clinical care. Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee care services, mentor the team, and drive excellence in regulatory compliance and resident outcomes.

• Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Leadership & Care Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care tailored to their needs.
• Regulatory & Compliance Excellence: Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, working towards achieving an 'Outstanding' rating.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the care team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Resident Wellbeing & Engagement: Promote a person-centred approach, ensuring residents lead fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Quality & Risk Management: Serve as a super-user for care systems (e.g., MCM and RADAR), ensuring effective documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Operational & Financial Support: Assist the General Manager in budget planning, resource management, and strategic decision-making.
• Crisis & Incident Response: Provide strong leadership in challenging situations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:
• Valid NMC PIN and a Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
• Proven experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Services Manager, or similar leadership role (2+ years preferred).
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices in senior care.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
