Role Description:
As an HCA(Healthcare Assistants) and Support Worker, you will assist child service users with learning disabilities and complex health needs. This role demands experience and involves engaging with service users through:
* Community activities
* Assisting Young peoples Workforce or, Children and Families
Shift Details:
* Long days
* Weekends
* Night shifts
Key Requirements of the HCA (Healthcare Assistants) and Support Worker :
* Fluent in English
* Experience with mental health, learning disabilities, and complex health needs
* Punctuality and strong work ethics
* Caring and compassionate nature
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Ability to provide two professional references
* UK driver’s license and own car (advantageous)
