The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely, mainly covering the South East, selling various battery powered products and solutions.

The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have sales experience within the electrical engineering or energy sector. Preferably generators, EV chargers, battery units or similar.

Managing key accounts via distribution channels and OEM customers in the renewable energy sector.
Selling into industries such as construction, energy, and industrial sectors.
Managing relationships and business development for solar hybrid generators, battery storage units, mobile welfare units, and energy management systems.
Maintaining sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to meet targets.
Collaborating with the service department to ensure excellent after-sales service.
Fully remote role covering the South EastArea Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements:

Experience in a sales role such as Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar within energy, electrical or similar sectors.
Determination and motivation to succeed and grow within the renewable energy sector.
Experience selling energy-efficient battery powered products and solutions or similar renewable energy products.
Sales experience within the electrical engineering or energy sector. Preferably generators, EV chargers, battery units, or similar
A technical qualification or degree in engineering is advantageous.
Experience selling into industries like construction, energy, and industrial sectors, with an ability to learn new products.
Willingness to cover the Midlands
