This firm who pride themselves on their high standards and professionalism, are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join the Public Family Team. They are a Legal 500 firm who come with an outstanding reputation within their field, promoting an excellent work life balance not many firms can provide.

Due to success within the firm, they are looking for an ambitious and experienced Childcare Solicitor to join their existing team and work under the Head of Family. The applicant will be joining a large team and continue with the success they have achieved. Within this role you will be responsible for; your own caseload, communications with clients/courts/tribunals and third parties, advocacy at court, supporting other family advisors as well as other administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate of the Childcare Solicitor will have 2 years PQE and have previously managed a caseload of care matters, with experience of court proceedings.
