Conveyancing Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Legal Assistant/Secretary to support our Property Department with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions. The successful conveyancing assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including typing dictation, managing post-completion matters, opening files, answering calls, managing diaries, and assisting with overall file management.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing freehold and leasehold contract packs
Drafting completion statements
Handling Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty returns
Typing dictation with accuracy
Managing post-completion tasks efficiently
Opening and maintaining client files
Coordinating diaries and managing incoming calls
Supporting the department to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Property Legal Assistant/Secretary
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
Team player with a collaborative approach
