Job Summary:

Focal point for all matters relating to the customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project & programme management of key accounts including current & future state.

Working with the Customer Schedulers to deliver against the DIFOT & quality targets set out by the customer and support the planning, procurement & operational teams through the manufacturing process.

Facilitating cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the account in line with the contractual agreements.

Delivery against the internal targets for sales & margin forecasting.

Coordination of obsolete & excess stock for your respective accounts.

Schedule change management with internal stakeholders for your respective accounts.

To manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements and ensure their input to ERP system so that customer requirements are understood, and in liaison with the Production Controller ensure before acceptance that production is achievable.

Host and manage customers whilst on site and ensure that their activities are controlled within company procedures.

Ensure timely resolution working with the Credit Controller for any overdue AR issues.

Maintain professional business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve service levels and attain a high reputation for integrity both internally and externally.

To work in a safe manner in to satisfy Health and Safety legislation and to avoid accident or injury to people, machinery or property.

To be aware of and comply with relevant aspects of the Company’s Quality Policy and Procedures.

Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required within the jobholder’s capability consistent with Terms and Conditions of employment.

Experience and Education:

Education:

Qualifications in Commercial and Business Management is preferred

Has a positive attitude and be motivated by the role

Flexible, adaptable to change

High level of resilience

Experience and knowledge of engineering production methods is also preferred
