Principal build contractor are requiring a freelance Senior Site Manager for a £50 Million new build PRS apartment scheme in central Birmingham. Project is now at stage where concrete frame is completed and internals are commencing, reporting into the Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing and coordinating for all internal/finishing subcontract packages, management of labour, daily Health & Safety planning, progress reports, attending subcontractor/client weekly budget/progress meetings ensuring that programme deadlines are achieved for handovers.

Experience delivering internals on PRS/student accommodation projects would be preferential due nature of schemes

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as no application will be considered without these
