A long-established law firm in Oldham is seeking a Civil Litigation Fee Earner/Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to gain experience in a varied and challenging caseload while working in a supportive and reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage or assist with a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to:

* Contractual disputes

* Employment matters

* Settlement agreements

* TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) cases

* Neighbour/boundary disputes

* Will and inheritance disputes

* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and correspond with clients, solicitors, and other parties.

* Prepare cases for litigation and manage the procedural aspects of cases through to settlement or trial.

* Offer professional advice and support to clients while maintaining high levels of client care and service.

* Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and relevant legal procedures.

Requirements:

* Experience in civil litigation, either in an assisting role or handling own files.

* Experienced fee earner, NQ Solicitor or legal executive

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently and within a team.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
