Our client is a respected facades and cladding contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke exterior solutions. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to support their projects across various sectors, including commercial and residential.

Role Overview:
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project costings for facade and cladding installations, ensuring competitiveness while supporting profitability. This role involves close collaboration with project management, design, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Estimating experience in facades and cladding

* Develop detailed estimates, bids, and tenders for facade and cladding projects.

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

* Analyse architectural drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.

* Identify potential risks and offer value engineering solutions.
