Care Home Team Leader - Days
Salary: £14.67 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full-time, 7am–7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will:
• Promote resident independence and support their physical and emotional wellbeing
• Lead a team to deliver high standards of care and respect, fostering dignity and choice for residents
• Support carers in assisting with daily activities, personal care, and meal assistance
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Maintain care plans and keep records updated
• Ensure residents' dignity and independence are always prioritized
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
• Essential: Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3) and at least one year of experience in a care home environment
• Preferred: Two years’ experience in a similar role and an NVQ Level 4 in Adult Health and Social Care
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, caring nature, and good time management skills
• Additional Requirements: Must live within 20 minutes of the home and have a valid driver’s license
