Your Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of legal cashier experience
- Strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 Proficiency in handling various payment methods
- Ability to produce accurate financial reports

Main responsibilities
Undertake daily banking functions
 Processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings/bills etc

Processing of BACS, CHAPS and international payments 

Banking incoming cheques between office and client accounts 

Card payments – in person and over the telephone 

Preparation of cheques 

Administration of the purchase ledger 

Undertake daily postings 

Producing accounts reports for Fee Earners 

Assisting with month and year end
